Tea Ceremony

I visited Japan a few years ago and was blown away by how welcoming and respectful its people were.

In Tokyo we visited a traditional tea house and were served delicious green tea and cakes by a delightful lady dressed like a doll. The whole ceremony was fascinating to watch and made us feel very special.

I tried to recreate the atmosphere of that day with painting I did in my studio on our return.
