Water Palace Hotel, Luxor

We were very lucky to stay in this glorious hotel while on a tour of the Valley of the Kings in Egypt. The hotel and its gardens are steeped in history, it being where Howard Carter stayed and announced his discovery of the tomb of Tutankhamun.
