Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Karen Wride Art. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your print.

Contact Us:

Please email us at agent@karenwride.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Details of the issue or reason for return

Return Process:

• After contacting us, we will assess your request and, if applicable, provide you with a returns label via email.
• Securely pack the print in the original box it was delivered in, or in an equivalent protective packaging.
• Affix the provided returns label to the package.
• Drop off the package at your nearest shipping center.

Conditions for Returns:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the print.
• The print must be in its original condition and packaging.
• We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.

Postage Costs:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item arrived damaged.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned print, we will process the refund within 7 days.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange your print for another item, please contact us to discuss availability.

Damaged in Transit:

• If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
