Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Karen Wride Art. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your print.

Please email us at agent@karenwride.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue or reason for return
Return Process:
- After contacting us, we will assess your request and, if applicable, provide you with a returns label via email.
- Securely pack the print in the original box it was delivered in, or in an equivalent protective packaging.
- Affix the provided returns label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping center.
Conditions for Returns:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the print.
- The print must be in its original condition and packaging.
- We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.
Postage Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item arrived damaged.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned print, we will process the refund within 7 days.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your print for another item, please contact us to discuss availability.
Damaged in Transit:
- If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
